A ONE YEAR ACCELERATED DEGREE: Weekly classes and 4 face to face weekend meetings.

The Doctorate in Christian Leadership is a rigorous and specialized program designed for experienced ministry leaders who aspire to advanced scholarly research, critical reflection, and innovative leadership practice within Christian contexts. Outcomes

A. The student shall understand the theory and philosophy of leadership in the Christian Church.

B. The student shall be able to apply principles of group dynamics and leadership techniques in order to lead others in ministry, business or community organization.

C. The student shall develop proper understanding of leadership responsibilities, such as ethics, motivation, planning and administration to apply to their own field of expertise.

D. The student shall understand the principles of educational administration with special focus on the training of leadership in the local churches, businesses and community organizations.

E. The student shall comprehend and implement the spiritual dimension of leadership and administration with respect to spiritual gifts.

F. The student shall write a dissertation or book in relation to their field of expertise.

Admissions Requirements

Prospective students should hold a Master’s degree from an accredited institution or seminary, preferably in a related field such as theology, leadership, or ministry. Previous leadership experience in Christian ministry or related fields is highly recommended. Admission will require academic transcripts, letters of recommendation, a statement of purpose, and an interview with faculty.
