Program Overview

A ONE YEAR HYBRID PROGRAM: Weekly classes and 4 face to face weekend meetings.

The Bachelor’s Degree in Christian Leadership is designed to equip students with advanced knowledge, skills, and values necessary for effective leadership within Christian ministry, non-profit organizations, missions, and other relevant contexts. This program builds upon foundational theological education and practical leadership training to prepare students for leadership roles with increased responsibility and impact.

Objectives

Advanced Biblical and Theological Understanding: Deepen students' understanding of Scripture, theology, and Christian doctrine to provide a strong theological foundation for leadership and ministry.
Strategic Leadership Development: Equip students with advanced leadership skills such as strategic planning, organizational development, visionary leadership, and change management within a Christian framework.
Spiritual Formation and Discipleship: Facilitate ongoing spiritual growth, character development, and discipleship practices to cultivate maturity and integrity in leadership.

Outcomes

A. The student shall understand the theory and philosophy of leadership in the broad sense.

B. The student shall be able to apply principles of group dynamics and leadership techniques in order that he/she may become a reproductive Christian leader.

C. The student shall develop proper understanding of leadership responsibilities, such as ethics, motivation, planning and administration.

D. The student shall understand the principles of educational administration with special focus on the training of leadership in the local church.

E. The student shall comprehend and implement the spiritual dimension of leadership and administration with respect to spiritual gifts.
